Aeroplan, the program that keeps on giving. Today, Aeroplan has announced a multi-year partnership with Uber Canada! While the full linked loyalty partnership will unfold later this year, Aeroplan has confirmed the launch offers that will give eligible Aeroplan Credit cardholders access to unlimited $0 Delivery Fees on eligible food and grocery orders, ride discounts and additional perks with a free Uber Pass membership.

- Aeroplan Credit cardholders will be eligible for a free Uber Pass membership
- The free Uber Pass membership (retail price $9.99/month) will be available to eligible Aeroplan credit cardholders for a period of three, six or twelve months depending on the card
- All Aeroplan consumer and small business credit cards in Canada are eligible
- TD/CIBC Aeroplan credit cardholders can activate the free Uber Pass membership starting September 8, 2021
- American Express benefits will launch November 1, 2021
- Uber Pass perks include;
- $0 Delivery Fee on eligible restaurant orders
- 5% off eligible restaurant orders over $15
- $0 Delivery Fee on grocery orders over $40, through Cornershop
- Uber Rides Perks each month with discounts available only to Pass holders
- Cardholders will have until September 7, 2022 to activate their free membership

Aeroplan and Uber Canada – How it works
- Open your Uber or Uber Eats App
- Add your eligible Aeroplan credit card to your Uber account;
- Activate your free Uber Pass membership and use your Aeroplan credit card when paying for qualifying purchases (the same one used to activate your free membership)
Note:
- You have up to a year to claim your free membership. Cardholders must activate their free membership by September 7, 2022 to take advantage of this offer
- You can only take advantage of this offer once. A maximum of one free membership per account – even if you have multiple Aeroplan credit cards
- Once your free membership is completed, the full Uber Pass membership rate will apply. If you’re going to cancel, be sure to do so at least 48 hours before the last day of your membership to avoid being charged
