Takeaway
The new American Express Platinum Card offers are a historic high by Amex Canada. If you have been waiting to time your Platinum card application, there is no better time than now. 140,000 Membership Rewards points are worth at least $2500 (The Fixed Points Travel Program), and the associated benefits on both the Platinum cards far outweigh the annual fee.
