Hyatt points purchase promotion is back, up to 40% bonus. Hyatt 40% bonus is available for purchases made between October 22, 2018 to November 27, 2018.

Unlike a tiered bonus, this promotion adds a flat bonus (up to 40%) on the transaction, when you purchase 10,000 points or more. Note that the yearly limit on purchased points per account is 55,000.
With a 40% bonus, you can maximize the promotion by buying 55K (+22K Bonus) for $1320 USD, at 1.71 cpp. This is good value to top up your accounts for an upcoming stay or buy up to 77K points for a high end redemption.
Quick Tip: When redeeming use Corp Code 51440 to search for Points+Cash rates. Note that Hyatt is discontinuing Points+Cash redemption option starting November 1, 2018. If you plan to use this option, book your award nights by Oct 31st!

Hyatt 40% bonus is as good a offering I have seen and would recommend buying with a specific use in mind.
