Do purchased points count towards elite status for ihg?
Purchased points dont count towards elite status but award stays do – When you redeem points for stays, they count as qualifying stay towards elite status.
Bonus points for using IHG credit card?
Transaction is processed by points.com so does not qualify as hotel/travel expense. No bonus with ihg cc. But 10% refund on award redemption with that card 🙂 Cheers!
