I have been having a grand time hosting my weekly Virtual meetups, thanks to the engaged audience that tunes in. I pick a relevant topic/loyalty program and navigate a conversation with our guest speakers, who share their knowledge and experience. Until recently, these sessions were truly live (only) since I din’t record or post them anywhere. With audience feedback, I have “upgraded” to a live broadcast on my facebook page, which also hosts a copy of the Zoom session for anyone that did not catch it live. Another key feedback over the past 3 months has been to demonstrate (screenshare) how the discussed tips and tricks actually worked. Well, introducing PMB:eLab, a small group workshop where we share screen and display the step-by-step approach, covering niche topics.

About PMB:eLab

PMB:eLab session is a small group workshop, with conference style information delivery, to help learn the nuts and bolts of relevant programs in the loyalty space. Participants will need to purchase a ticket ($17.99 CAD) to these sessions, that will tackle specific case studies and highlight a step-by-step approach towards meeting travel goals. No theories, just applied and hands-on knowledge sharing. These sessions will be capped at 20 participants to allow for quality information exchange.
