Buy Atmos Rewards Points with up to 90% bonus, at 1.98 CPP

Atmos Rewards’ current promotion to buy Atmos points with a 90% bonus is decent, but not the best offer we’ve seen this year. Back in January, Atmos was offering up to 100% bonus, and I would recommend waiting for that one. However, note that all bonuses are targeted, so you may have been targeted for 80% back in January and 90% this time, making this a better offer.

The tiered bonus goes up 90%, but the minimum purchase amount is either 20,000 or 25,000 points, depending on your targeted offer. This sets the price at 1.98 Cents Per Point (CPP). The current promotion runs until March 18, 2026.

Each account has been targeted with offers up to a 90% bonus, with my accounts showing the minimum purchase amount as 25,000 for the 90% tier – the prices below include the 7.5% tax recovery fee;

• • Buy or gift 3,000-9,000 points, and get 70% bonus points = 2.21 CPP
  • Buy or gift 10,000-24,000 points, and get 80% bonus points = 2.09 CPP
  • Buy or gift 25,000-100,000 points, and get 90% bonus points = 1.98 CPP

This promotion can be maxed by purchasing 100K (190K with a bonus) points for ~ USD 3,762.50 at 1.98 CPP. Even if you start with a zero balance, with this promotion, you can fly from North America to Europe in business class (45K points, on Condor, for example) for $891! Or fly Porter between Canadian cities for as little as 4,500 points.

My favourite use of Atmos Rewards is booking Porter Reserve between Toronto (or Ottawa) and Miami (or Fort Lauderdale) for just 10,000 points, equivalent to $198 USD at today’s Atmos Rewards purchase rate.

$3,762.50 is a significant outlay, and not everyone will want to pay that for 190,000 points. The best promotion this year was a January–February sale with up to a 100% bonus. However, that offer appeared more targeted. Some of my accounts only showed an 80% bonus then, while all are showing 90% this time. For those accounts, I would strongly consider buying points at 90%. The minimum number of points required to unlock the full bonus is also lower than during the 100% sale. That makes this promotion particularly useful if you only need a small top-up.

Atmos Rewards continue to be one of the most valuable airline currencies in the market and come with great airline partners and routing sweet spots (including a stopover on one-way awards). Here are a couple of examples;

• Condor business class from North America to Europe, one-way for 45k points (anywhere beyond Frankfurt)
• Starlux business class from North America to Asia, one-way for 75k points one-way in business class
• Fiji Airways and Qantas business class from North America to Australia, one-way for 85k
• Porter Airlines short-haul in North America between 4,500 and 7,500 points one-way in economy (depending on flight distance)
