TAP Air Portugal (TAP) recently announced a significant promotional sale for flights departing from Canada, with travel dates extending from September 8, 2024, through March 31, 2025. Available until May 21, 2024, the promotion is timely for travellers planning their Fall, Winter, and early spring (2025) journeys, offering a broad range of destinations across Europe. The obvious exclusion is the black-out period from December 15, 2024, to January 13, 2025, during the peak holiday season. All prices mentioned below are in CAD.
TAP currently offers direct flights from Toronto (YYZ) and Montreal (YUL) to Lisbon (LIS). Promotional Business Class fares to the Azores, specifically Ponta Delgada and Terceira, start from $1799. Major Portuguese cities and Madeiran destinations are available from $1999. On these long-haul flights, full flat seats are available on TAP’s A330 Neo, A330-200, and A321 LR. Flights out of YYZ are on A321 Neo, whereas flights out of YUL are operated on A321 LR. On medium-haul flights (intra-EU), Business Class will block the middle seat, except on flights operated by the Embraer fleet.
