Observations and Take Away
The search engine on the promotional page proved to be a valuable tool for gaining insight into the availability of discounted rates for specific routes and travel dates. It allowed me to check which months would yield the best deals for that particular route. That said, the search results do not indicate how much discount was being applied, nor did they provide a clear comparison to the standard fares.
Timing will be critical, and I anticipate that discounted rates on popular routes will get snapped up quickly, given the limited availability of discounted seats on each route. I would advise booking now and thinking later, especially if you can lock in a 25% discount on a popular route. Most discounted seats were in the Economy Class cabin. Not seeing any popular routes offering discounts on Business Class seats was disappointing.
