Chexy Is Giving Away Three $30,000 Business Class Trips For Two

Chexy is running its biggest contest yet, with three business class trips for two up for grabs. Each trip is valued at approximately $30,000 and includes flights, a luxury hotel stay, curated experiences, and even spending money.

Despite being called the “First Class Contest,” the flights are actually in business class. Still, I’m certainly not going to complain about a complimentary premium cabin trip for two.

The contest is divided into three draws, with a different destination attached to each one:

The destinations and dates remain subject to availability, but the first prize is expected to include five nights at Hôtel Martinez in Cannes and a private yacht experience on the Mediterranean.

Each grand prize includes round-trip business class flights for two, five nights of luxury accommodation, a curated experience program, and $1,000 in spending money.

The contest is open to legal residents of Canada, including Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory. You don’t need a Chexy account to enter, although you’ll need to open one if you win.

How to Earn Entries

Chexy users can register for the contest in the app by selecting “I’m in,” which awards 100 entries. Clicking “Count me in” on the landing page will redirect to the Chexy app. Registered entrants automatically receive another 100 entries at the beginning of each new draw period.

Chexy First Class Contest

From there, you can earn additional entries in several ways:

• Earn one entry for every $1 paid through Chexy
• Receive 1,000–10,000 entries through the mystery scratch after your first payment during each draw period
• Earn 10,000 entries when a referred friend activates their first bill payment
• Earn 1,000 entries for an eligible public Instagram post
• Earn 100 entries upon composing a written response when using the free entry-only email option, with 1 more per unique response

Entries are capped at 100,000 per person during each draw period. Aside from the recurring registration entries, your entries reset when the next period begins.

Referrals are clearly the fastest way to accumulate entries, although the person you refer must have an existing personal, family, or friend relationship with you. They must also join through your referral link or code and activate their first bill payment during the applicable period.

For the Instagram entry, you must publish an original public post, tag @chexy.money, include your referral link, and disclose your relationship with Chexy using language such as “#ad.”

No Purchase Is Necessary

You don’t need to make a payment or hold a Chexy account to enter the contest for free.

During each draw period, you can email feedback@chexy.co with your full legal name, residential address, telephone number, age, and email address. You must also include a unique, original response of at least 100 words to the prompt: “How has Chexy helped you live bigger?”

Your first submission during each draw period earns 100 entries. Every additional unique response earns one more entry, up to the overall limit of 100,000 entries per draw period. Chexy credits eligible entries within 72 hours.

However, this isn’t a practical way to accumulate thousands of entries. Every response must be original, and Chexy explicitly disqualifies duplicative, substantially similar, bulk, automated, or AI-generated submissions.

You don’t need a Chexy account to enter this way, but you must open a free account if you win and want to claim the prize. Selected winners must also correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question on their first attempt.

There Are 999 Other Prizes Per Draw

The grand prize gets all the attention, but Chexy will also award 999 secondary prizes during each draw. These range from $5 to $2,000 in Chexy Cash.

Chexy Cash can be applied toward payments made through the app, but it can’t be withdrawn or transferred and expires after 12 months. Since 700 of the 999 secondary prizes are worth either $5 or $10, I wouldn’t get overly excited by the “1,000 winners” headline. Still, having several smaller prizes gives entrants something else to win besides the long-shot trip.

Read the Travel Dates Carefully

The biggest caveat is that winners don’t get to choose their travel dates, destination, hotel, or routing. The itinerary must be accepted as awarded, with no date changes, upgrades, or extensions permitted.

The winner and companion must also travel together and be available within the applicable window. Positioning flights to the designated departure airport, most meals, airline ancillary fees, and other personal expenses aren’t included.

Takeaway

If you already pay rent, bills, taxes, or a mortgage through Chexy, entering is a no-brainer. Opt in, continue making the payments you planned to make anyway, and collect entries in addition to your usual credit card or Aeroplan rewards.

I wouldn’t route extra payments through Chexy or pay unnecessary processing fees purely for a chance to win. Contest entries have no guaranteed value, regardless of how appealing the prize may be. However, the free entry and automatic entries for existing payments require very little effort.

Just make sure you could actually travel during the assigned window before dreaming about who you’ll bring. A $30,000 business class trip is an excellent prize, but only if you’re free to take it.
