This promotion allows you to earn double Elite Night Credits on participating home rentals. The promotion is valid for stays booked by today, September 30, 2026, and completed by December 15, 2026. The booking deadline is 11:59PM EST.
Plus, stay during American Thanksgiving week (November 21–30) and earn double the Marriott Bonvoy points (2X) in addition to double Elite Night Credits.

If you’ve been considering a Homes & Villas stay, this promotion makes the timing more compelling.
Double Elite Nights – The Fine Print
Registration is required. The terms don’t state that registration must happen before booking, so stays booked before registering should still qualify as long as you register by September 30 at 11:59 PM EST.
Earn Double Elite Nights with Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy with the current promotion
There are a few fine print details to pay attention to:
- An eligible “stay” means two (2) or more consecutive nights (so a single-night stay won’t qualify and won’t earn 2 Elite Night Credits)
- Minimum spend of $1,750 USD per stay
- Only paid stays qualify; award stays where points are used for part or all of the booking are excluded
- Marriott Participating Brand Residences may be featured on the HVMB Platform: however, they do not participate in the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program and do not participate in this promotion
- Marriott branded hotels, branded residences, and Marriott Executive Apartments are not included/eligible for this promotion
For eligible nights stayed during American Thanksgiving week from November 21 to November 30, you’ll also earn 2X Marriott Bonvoy points as long as you meet the same requirements above.
Your standard Elite Night Credits and Marriott points are expected to post within 72 hours following stay completion. Bonus Elite Night Credits will post between December 15 and December 31, 2026.
Taxes, booking fees, cleaning fees, security deposits, and extra add-ons do not qualify for earning Marriott points.
Is the Homes & Villas Promotion Worth It?
It might seem arduous, but honestly, this is fairly standard and pretty good for Homes & Villas promotions. The terms don’t list any blackout dates, and there are relatively few property-type exclusions. Homes & Villas properties are whole-home rentals and generally lend themselves to multi-night stays anyway, so the two-night minimum isn’t particularly onerous. It’s best if you’re travelling with family or a group of friends who would prefer more space anyway. Either way, don’t forget to meet the $1,750 USD minimum spending requirement.
However, these Homes & Villas promotions are still harder to take advantage of than regular Marriott Bonvoy promotions, so I’d prioritize any “Exclusively for You” or “Delight with More” promotions Marriott may have sent you first. On the bright side, everyone can register for this Homes & Villas promotion.
If you’re making a Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy booking, maximize your points by using the Aeroplan eStore to earn 1x points per dollar, with an extra 2x for Aeroplan Elite members. Sometimes, the eStore runs promotions earning up to 5x points per $1 before the Elite bonus kicks in. Then, consider paying with a Marriott co-branded card; for example, the Canadian Marriott Bonvoy American Express Card earns 5X on eligible Marriott purchases.

Marriott Elite members also earn bonus points: Titanium Elite and Ambassador Elite members earn 75% bonus points on top of the base 5 points per $1 USD.
